Bothy: Sourlies

Grid Ref: LR33: 868 951

Location: Western Highlands & Islands

A Bellis

Please note that during the stalking season (Sep-Oct) the estate requests that all visitors keep to the main paths.
The owner particularly requests visitors to follow the MBA policy on group use- it’s a small bothy in a popular area so be prepared to camp.

Please note that there is no rubbish collection at the bothy so please take all your litter home with you.

STOP PRESS! Please be advised that an engineer has condemned the Carnoch Bridge and insisted that it be closed as it is no longer safe. The bridge is being removed and replaced as soon as possible, but it is anticipated by the landowner that planning permission will be required and the process will be lengthy.
