Submit Bothy Related News

We welcome news about the bothies that we maintain, especially when it is positive news!

For example, you might have some information about the history of a bothy that you think would be of interest to others, you might have come across a particularly useful or funny comment in a bothy log book, or want to pass on some maintenance tips. Newspapers, especially local ones, often carry articles about bothies and bothying that would be of interest to our members; links to such articles are also welcome. And if you have a photograph that would illustrate your story, then please tell us as well and we can make arrangements for you to send it on to us.

The publication of all articles and photographs is, of course, at the discretion of the Website editorial team. And if we are inundated with information, then it may not be possible to publish your news immediately!

Please send your contribution to the website editorial team using the drop down box in the Contact Us section. News items will be published in the “Members News” section in the MBA Members Area. Don't be constrained by the limitation on the drop down box- if you have a larger item to send or wish to enclose an attachment then just tell us and we will get back to you by e-mail.
