And the sun also shines on Raasay.....

It is a myth that all MBA work parties take place in the pouring rain! Taigh Thormoid Dhuibh on Raasay had its annual maintenance visit earlier this month and the sun shone for the whole 8 days of the work party. This made for some hot work, especially as all materials had to be carried in including a new set of roof ladders and almost 30 litres of paint. Definitely a traditional MBA work party!! However, the good weather meant that all planned work was achieved including wire brushing the roof and giving it two coats of paint.
