New MBA bothy on Jura

The MBA is now maintaining a second bothy on Jura. With the agreement and assistance of Ruantallain Estate, a major work party was held earlier this month to make the old lodge at Cruib wind and watertight with new doors and windows fitted. While there is much work still to be done, the bothy can now be used; details can be found in the MBA Bothies section (click on Bothies/Location Map/Southwest Highlands and Islands on the menu on the left hand side of this page).
